Documentation
Students must provide the following documentation to be admitted:
- ⑴Completion of 12 years of formal school education or equivalent in your country or in other countries.
- ⑵Able to provide evidence of financial support that proves the applicant's ability to pay for tuition and living expenses.
- ⑶Completion of more than 150 hours of Japanese language learning at educational institutes in Japan, or have ability that equal to Japanese Language Aptitude Test N5.

Attention!
- 1 All the documents should be submitted with Japanese translation. Translated forms should include translator’s name, address and phone number at the bottom left on the documents. A stump or signature should be put right next to the name.
- 2 All the copied documents should be the same size as original ones. Write down the name of the person who made a copy, the date, and the relationship with applicants.
- 3 All the documents should include the date of issue, name, address, and phone number of the institution, and name of the person who is in church with signature.
- 4 All documents are issued within 6 months.
- 5 If applicant has graduated from high school only, he/she needs to be finished more than 150 hours of Japanese learning.
- 6 Do not use whiteout or correction fluid.
- 7 All the original documents will not be returned except certificate of diploma.
- 8 We will request applicant more documentation if necessary.
